Poor hygiene of bathroom amenities, unpleasant smell in the room, and slow service. The spa was not as advertised, with limited access to some facilities and extra charges for towels and bathrobes.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to many attractions and with good transportation options. The rooms are well decorated and provide comfortable beds, while the view is simply breathtaking. Breakfast is tasty and varied. the spa facilities are top-notch and ensure complete relaxation.
The service needs serious improvement in many aspects.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we had a great time. The breakfast was awesome, they had a lot of different options to choose from and everything was delicious. The location was perfect, really close to the city center, which allowed us to explore the surroundings easily. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a recreation area where we could play table tennis with our friends and family.
Although the staff was nice for the most part, we had a couple of issues with our room rate and the Wi-Fi. We had to deal with extra charges and slow internet connectivity, which was frustrating.
